Meet Katie Bondhus, Sylvan Shores Office Manager   

Married, 4 kids, 3 grandchildren and 1 GREATgrandchild!

We found Sylvan Shores a few years ago, looking for waterfront property.  We fell in love with the gorgeous scenery, the friendly neighbors and the cozy and inviting clubhouse.  This past fall, we sold our house in the suburbs and moved here, ready to build this spring!

I'm a former high school girls lacrosse coach and I know I'm going to miss coaching so if any of your kids or grandkids want to learn a new sport, send them my way!  ; )
