Clubhouse hours are 9:00 am - 9:00 pm, Sunday - Saturday.
For your protection Sylvan Shores Clubhouse is monitored with security cameras in all public spaces.

Sylvan Shores Clubhouse
​Shores clubhouse is a beautiful two story building with many indoor activities to occupy your time all year round.  On the upper level you can sit by the fire with a good book or enjoy a game of pool, ping pong, or foosball with family and friends.  The lower level houses a banquet area and a fully stocked kitchen available to use during the day or to reserve for your next get together.  Also on the lower level is a free lending library complete with board games, puzzles, movies and books galore.  Books and movies can be borrowed or donated anytime.
The pool deck is accessible from the lower level as are the bathroom and shower facilities.

​Within the clubhouse grounds are outside attractions including the pool, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, volleyball court, playground, picnic areas and a sandy beach with a fishing pier on Fawn Lake.

    • ​Maximum rental time is 3 hours
    • Person's under 18 must have a current behavioral agreement on file.

  • Use of the pool is free to members, their partners and dependent children under the age of 21. 
    • $5.00 one day pass
    • $12.00 three punch pass (may be shared)
    • $25.00 seven punch pass (may be shared)
    • $100.00 single person season pass (may not be shared)
    • $200.00 Family season pass (up to 4 family members living in the same household))
