On Season

(May 1 – Labor Day Weekend)
Clubhouse will be open to association members and their guest  during the event

Rental hours available:

Sunday – Thursday - 8:00 am to 11:00 pm
Quiet hour starts at 10:00 pm.  Any music or other loud noises are required to stop.  All guests must leave and cleanup must be done prior to 11:00 pm.

Friday – Saturday – 8:00 am to midnight
Quiet hour starts at 11:00 pm.  Any music or other loud noises are required to stop.  All guests must leave and cleanup must be done prior to 12:00 am.

A $150.00 refundable cleaning deposit and a signed rental agreement are required
to reserve the ​Sylvan Shores Clubhouse for your gathering.
