We now have ACH payments available to pay your annual assessments.
The Direct Debit Authorization Form will allow you to authorize your bank to release funds to our bank for your annual assessment payments.
You can do this:
One time
Annually
Monthly
If paying by credit card, there will be a fee charged. With ACH (direct debit), you will avoid fees. There is no fee charged to you if you use direct debit.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To be compliant and a member in good standing, the annual assessments must be paid by April 1st of each year.
If you choose to pay monthly, you must pay the 2023 annual assessment in full first. Then you can begin paying monthly for 2024.
