A place for all seasons!
Sylvan Shores Members:  We now have ACH payments available for paying your annual assessments. Please see the Direct Debit Authorization Form for more information. This will allow you to authorize your bank to release to our bank the annual assessment payments. You can do this on a one-time basis, an annual basis, or a monthly basis. If paying by credit card, we charge the credit card fee to you. With ACH, there is no fee that we will charge to you. Let us know if you have questions or need help with the form. It is important to keep in mind that to be compliant and a member in good standing, the annual assessments need to be paid by April 1st of each year. If you want to pay monthly, you first must pay the 2023 annual assessment in full and then pay monthly for 2024.

Sylvan Shores Association Community Living
Sylvan Shores Property owners association was
started in 1971.  There are 1,700 acres inside our association
 filled with scenic lake country,
sparkling waters and abundant wildlife
.
Pillars of Sylvan Shores Association:
Integrity.   Stewardship.  Community.
​Whether you live here fulltime, own vacation property, or haven't developed your lot yet, there are an abundance of things to do and amenities to be
enjoyed by our property owners and their guests. 
We are fortunate to have within our association
ample waters to enjoy including:  

Fawn Lake, Turtle Lake, Pine Island Lake,
Little Pine Lake, 
and the Long Prairie River.
The Clubhouse is open year round and the lower
level  kitchen/entertaining area is available for
rent to association members for hosting parties
and get togethers. 
Sylvan Shores Association annual dues are 
$120 for the
first lot in each subdivision, $45 for each additional
lot in each subdivision.  Lots for sale from Sylvan Shores and by association owner are listed here.

Fawn Lake
Fawn lake is 125 Acres and its depth ranges from
15 - 30 feet deep.  Fawn Lake has a private boat landing for members and there is a beach with a fishing dock on the clubhouse grounds.
Little Pine Lake
Little Pine Lake is 25 acres with a maximum depth of 6 feet. There is a walking path to a canoe/paddle board landing. 
Pine Island Lake
Pine Island Lake is 140 acres and with a maximum depth of 15 feet. Pine Island has a private shallow watercraft landing for members only. 
Turtle Lake
​Turtle Lake is 140 acres and is 15 - 40 feet deep with a public boat landing. ​
