Sylvan Shores Association Community Living
Sylvan Shores Property owners association was started in 1971.  There are 1,700 acres inside our association filled with scenic lake country, sparkling waters and abundant wildlife.

Whether you live here fulltime, own vacation property, or haven't developed your lot yet, there are an abundance of things to do and amenities to be enjoyed by our property owners and their guests.  We are fortunate to have within our association ample waters to enjoy including:  
Fawn Lake, Turtle Lake, Pine Island, Little Pine Island,
and the Long Prairie River.
The Clubhouse is open year round and the lower level  kitchen/entertaining area is available for rent to association members for hosting parties and get togethers.
