ARTICLE V - COVENANT FOR MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENTS Section 1. Creation of Lien and Personal Obligation of Assessments

Section 3. Basis and Amount of Annual Assessments January 2006 - Fees were increased to $120 for the first lot and $45 for each additional lot in the same subdivision.

Special Assessments for Capital Improvements Special Assessments may be levied "... for the purpose of defraying, in whole or in part, the cost of any construction or reconstruction, unexpected repair or replacement of a described capital improvement upon the Common Properties..." Section 5. Change in Basis and Maximum of Annual Assessments May be changed subject to 2/3 of the votes of the members who are voting.
